Best Sommelier of the World 2019
The Best Sommelier of the World is a yearly competition. It gathers the best sommeliers from around the world and puts them against each other to see who is the best.

The Challenge
We were challenged by Balthazar to create a modern and stylish website that represented the best sommelier of the world competition. It needed to share the necessary information about the competition but also the sommeliers who would be competing in this year’s event.

Strategy & Approach
Our strategy for this project was to focus on the visual representation of what the best sommelier of the world is and what it represents. For this, we wanted to keep a classy but simple design for this project.

Final Experience
The final experience on the Best Sommelier of the World website is a modern but fancy experience. We chose to go with a black and gold theme which is a classic styling that we feel works perfectly in this theme.
